- Your app version
- Your iPhone model

- What you expected to happen
The app version is at the bottom of Settings in Poku.
Cancel a subscription
Poku Pro is billed by Apple, so it is cancelled in the App Store rather than in Poku. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- 1Open Settings on your iPhone.
- 2Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- 3Tap Poku, then Cancel Subscription.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings inside the app. Your transactions, budgets, categories, Repeats, Pockets and conversations go with it.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you subscribe, cancel first, since deleting the account does not stop Apple billing you.
Suggest a feature
Poku has a feature request board in Settings. Post an idea or vote on other people's. It is the most direct way to shape what gets built next.
